The story we should inspire each of us..

A man bought two beautiful birds and he asked his gardener to train them. 

After a month, the gardener noticed that while one of the birds soared freely into the expanses of the sky, the other remained rooted to a tree branch. The gardener tried everything to get the bird to fly. He tried convincing the bird, luring it with food. He even made mock-threats, but the bird still hung on firmly to the branch, refusing to budge. 

A few days later, the owner arrived to see both birds flying high in the sky. He was puzzled. “Wasn’t that the bird that wouldn’t fly? How did you make it fly?” He asked, pointing at the bird. 

The gardener smiled. “It had no choice. I cut the branch where the bird was sitting.” 

We are all made to fly– to realise our incredible potential as human beings. But instead of doing that, we sit on our branches, clinging to the things that are familiar to us. Let’s take a leap of faith, take to the skies ..

Believe in potential we have.. Never underestimate, We have too much of hidden potentials inside of us.. Playing with your potential is like playing in your food, you shift things around and before long everything on the plate goes cold...

Value yourself first ..

A well known speaker started off his seminar by holding up a Rs20  bill. In the room of 200, he asked, "Who would like this Rs20 bill?"

Hands started going up. He said, "I am going to give this Rs20 to one of you but first, let me do this." He proceeded to crumple the dollar bill up.

He then asked, "Who still wants it?"Still the hands were up in the air.

"Well," he replied, "What if I do this?" And he dropped it on the ground and started to grind it into the floor with his shoe.

He picked it up, now all crumpled and dirty. "Now who still wants it?" Still the hands went into the air.

"My friends, you have all learned a very valuable lesson. No matter what I did to the money, you still wanted it because it did not decrease in value. It was still worth Rs20.  

Many times in our lives, we are dropped, crumpled, and ground into the dirt by the decisions we make and the circumstances that come our way.We feel as though we are worthless. But no matter what has happened or what will happen, you will never lose your value. You are special - Don't ever forget it!

Every Heart has Love & Pain.Only Way Of Expression is different..The things that make you different are the things that make you beautiful. There are some very unique traits that every single person in the world has that can't be compared to any other person collectively. Sure, we all have our similarities, but there is no way that two people can say that they are exactly identical... starts love yr self..

Teamwork : Lesson from the Rat..

                 

It was the coldest winter ever. Many animals died because of the cold.The rat, realizing the situation, decided to group together to keep warm. This way they covered and protected themselves; but the quills of each one wounded their closest companions.After awhile, they decided to distance themselves one from the other and they began to die, alone and frozen. So they had to make a choice: either accept the quills of their companions or disappear from the Earth.

                 Wisely, they decided to go back to being together. They learned to live with the little wounds caused by the close relationship with their companions in order to receive the heat that came from the others. This way they were able to survive.

The best relationship is not the one that brings together perfect people, but when each individual learns to live with the imperfections of others and can admire the other person’s good qualities.

The way a team plays as a whole determines its success. You may have the greatest bunch of individual stars in the world, but if they don't play together, the club won't be worth .There is no room for jealousy in Life. If someone is doing a better job than you are, either find a way to improve yourself or join forces with that person or help each other.. Time for rethink all of us...

Project Manager is a Person who thinks nine women can deliver a baby in One month.

Consultant is a Person who thinks it will take 18 months to deliver a Baby.

Site Engineer is one who thinks single woman can deliver nine babies in one month.

Client is the one who doesn't know why he wants a baby.

Marketing Manager is a person who thinks he can deliver a baby even if no man and woman are available.

Resource Optimization Team thinks they don't need a man or woman; they'll produce a child with zero resources.

Documentation Team thinks they don't care whether the child is delivered, they'll just document 9 months.

Quality Auditor is the person who is never happy with a delivered baby.

Third party auditor is a person who always tells that this is not the Right baby.

HR Manager is a person who thinks that... a Donkey can deliver a Human Baby - if given 9 Months !!!

Don't demotivate yourself by comparing yourself to anyone. It's irrelevant. Your only competitor is your previous self and that is the only person you should always try to beat.God has perfect timing; never early, never late. It takes a little patience and it takes a lot of faith but it's worth the wait...

Everyone can't understand what you mean. We may have the same language, but we don't have the same way of thinking....

Draw Conclusions...mistake ?

     One old man was sitting with his 25 years old son in the train. Train is about to leave the station. All passengers are settling down their seat. As train started young man was filled with lot of joy and curiosity. He was sitting on the window side. He went out one hand and feeling the passing air. He shouted, "Papa see all trees are going behind". Old man smile and admired son feelings. Beside the young man one couple was sitting and listing all the conversion between father and son. They were little awkward the attitude of 25 years old man behaving like a small child.

Suddenly young man again shouted, "Papa see the pond and animals. Clouds are moving with the train".A Couple was watching the young man in embarrassingly. Now it start raining and some of water drops touches the young man's hand. He filled with joy and he closed the eyes. He shouted again," Papa it's raining, water is touching me, see papa".The Couple couldn't help themselves and ask the old man,"Why don't you visit the Doctor and get your son treated".
Old man said," Yes, We were from the hospital. Today only my son got the eyes first time in his life".

Don't draw conclusions until you know all the facts..we all living such a environment that we always thinks about positive approach of life .. but it seems about negative feeling of thoughts of environment...  So conclusion gets difficult always ...as yr problem may not be problem of others..if y judge fr that reason y may get false conclusion..

People mistakenly assume that their thinking is done by their head; it is actually done by the heart which first dictates the conclusion, then commands the head to provide the reasoning that will defend it....
